Support
HealthyApp is the client app for coaching businesses that run their practice on our platform. Who can help you depends on what you need.
Your program, plan or billing
Message your coach in the app — on Home, tap Messageon your coach’s card (on a larger screen, Messages is also in the menu on the left). Your coach writes your training and nutrition, sets your check-in schedule, and runs the business relationship, including anything to do with what you pay. We do not have access to those decisions and cannot change them on your behalf.
If your access has lapsed, the app shows your coach’s name and phone number so you can reach them directly.
Problems with the app itself
If something is broken — a screen will not load, a workout will not save, sign-in is failing — contact us and we will help.
We reply within one business day. It helps to include your name, the coaching business you train with, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Signing in
Sign in with the email address or mobile number your coach has for you. Most people join through an invite link from their coach, which opens the sign-up page with your coach already attached; you can also create an account on the web at sign up. New accounts are made on the web, not inside the iPhone or Android app.

Your data, and closing your account
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time: Account › Settings › Delete account. It is permanent, and it does not require emailing us first.
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, including how Apple Health data is handled on iOS.
Coaches and coaching businesses
Running a practice on HealthyApp, or want to? Write to support@healthyapp.coach. Coaching businesses can sign themselves up at healthyapp.coach/signup — your address goes live right away and a setup checklist walks you through the rest.
